Advisory Committees: Department of Veterans Affairs

The Secretary of Veterans Affairs has many advisory committees with membership from the public to promote nationwide veteran engagement in their health care and benefits programs. In 2016, 15 are established by statute and 10 are nonstatutory panels designed to provide advice on selected VA programs and policies.
